The crowd at the Veteran’s Day parade resembled an exotic fusion of soldiers and equipment from all over the country and from various times throughout our nation’s history, as JROTC cadets intermingled with guard reservists and antique car owners. Every imaginable marching unit or support organization took to the road to show their appreciation for veterans of our armed forces, and Coastal Composite Squadron marched right in the middle of it.

Comprised of a column of cadets and our honor guard, we accompanied our host Red
Horse
Squadron in a review that Civil Air Patrol has made a priority for the past several years. Ranging in age and experience from just-joined to trained officers, Coastal took this opportunity to not only honor our veterans but also showcase the marching skills and discipline that our cadets have been working on for the past several months.

Thanks to all the cadets and senior members who worked to make this event a success!
