posted Sep 28, 2017, 10:48 AM by Richard Qualls   [ updated Sep 28, 2017, 10:57 AM ]

FEMA has requested that all available CAP members volunteer to help FEMA with interpretation of post-landfall imagery across Puerto Rico and the USVI, similar to what was performed for Hurricane Sandy.
CAP and NOAA images are being made available to our volunteers via the interface in imagery uploader Damage Review tool.
1) Review this PRESENTATION for instructions and the link (CAP Members Only)
2) Volunteers need only use the buttons on the user interface to drop points on damaged structures according to their perceived damage level (affected, minor, major, destroyed) or to assess general impact or no general impact.
3) Take the time to carefully assess and mark up each image if there is damage
4) Log your participation here https://goo.gl/forms/seZBFnLnd7hjNDDs1
